Saul's cup of wicked stupidity had reached the brim and it spilled over when he went to see the witch of En-Dor. The very next day he and his son Jonathan died. Although Jonathan had nothing to do with his father's foolishness yet he was slain and perished alongside his father. "It's not fair" you might protest and I would say the same and fully agree with you, but God is God; He is righteous and not fair. This absence of fairness (human term) led many to invent another god like Satan, which later was called the devil, as God's competition perhaps to ease our uneasiness about the loving God Christianity proclaims (St. John). God is love, but not a wish-washy kind of love; therefore it would a be very good idea to come out from our own subjective interpretations as to what God ought to be like and study His true character. This forsaking of my own, sort of coming out from my "own" skin and getting inside His is greatly beneficial because then we do not try to make for ourselves a human god.
God is above any human imagination. The tiny scraps of information we glean from the Bible; notwithstanding volumes upon volumes written by the Hebrew people; do no justice to the true character of God. He is above all of His own creation. All laws and definitions as those dealt with in the Torah, Mishna, Gemara or even the entire Talmud are but man's interpretations. We must address the heart of the matter, and nothing else but God's heart: God's love is covenantal, intense and possessive. His choices, anointing and gifts are eternal and permanent. There is no changing or variation in God's final and everlasting decisions. As much as the non-Jewish nations would like to see the Jew being terminated and God's covenant with His people withdrawn the covenant stands forever; for if God was changeable like the masses are then we would have only a god of our own making.

When Deuteronomy 30:1-8 is fully complete the Omniscient God will again demonstrate His absolute sovereignty over all that He Himself created and for His own pleasure. And as hard as it may seem to imagine that one person made the endless Universe so hard it is for us to imagine that it was His plan to disperse the Jew into every country upon the face of the earth only to regather him back to His own land at His own appointed time. And yet, here it is, so please don't skip any of these sentences, please discipline your mind to understand His omniscience and absolute sovereignty:

blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you call them to mind in all nations where the LORD your God has banished you, and you return to the LORD your God and obey Him with all your heart and soul according to all that I command you today, you and your sons, then the LORD

and will gather you again from all the peoples where the LORD your God has scattered you. If your outcasts are at the ends of the earth, from there the LORD your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you back. The LORD
your God will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and
you shall possess it; and He will prosper you and multiply you more
than your fathers. Moreover the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, so that you may live. The LORD your God will inflict all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you.
The above was written about 3500 years ago. God knew what will take place. And just as God had showed Nebuchadnezzar (king of Babylon) who the sovereign really is by turning him into an ox so again He will demonstrate to this foolish world its folly. For example, "How can Satan cast out Satan" (Jesus - Mark 3:23). No one thinks about God's sovereignty; that's why God's judgments.

In this world of easily accessible information we are judged by our choices. Some go to astrology, others to mystical and very much sensational speculations about Antichrist, the Beast, 666, Armageddon, tribulation and rapture and of course the Marriage Supper of the Lamb etc, and yet the plain truth is right in front of their eyes, yet it may seem too
astoundingly simple and plain... Why must we go for the farfetched things
from out there on the limb and keep on feeding that pagan nature of ours
with vain imaginations?

In Romans 11:25 we are admonished to not be ignorant, like the fools are and they are indeed fools by choice; and by rejecting something dear to God's heart. Do not be arrogant, do not be proud, conceited in your own estimation (St. Paul says)... It is always our own, which is nonexistent; therefore illusion.

will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not
recognize the time of your visitation.
Indeed, it is strange. How can anyone be blamed for nonrecognition, omission or ignorance? And yet, it is here. What will you do about your laziness... if any? Is there no bread in your bakery, why do you reach for a strange bread? Eat your own bread bought with your own earned money. Open your eyes and recognize the present and the current.
After the dispersions of Jews are complete and the final regathering begins (which started already in early 1900's, we still have a time to go) God will judge the nations into which the Jew was sent to represent the One and the only Sovereign God. No dualism or strange gods anymore, no matter how well meant they might be. There is only one God, even the God of Israel.

will seek the lost, bring back the scattered, bind up the broken and
strengthen the sick; but the fat and the strong I will destroy. I will
feed them with judgment.
This feeding with judgment speaks of time running out upon those who fattened themselves off the Jews, and that is not only Spain or Portugal, but the Nazi gold taken off the Jewish corpses as well as the expensive and numerous priceless treasures of art.

God keeps the clock. He sent me to the German people against my will because He wants to relent, but the truth is that I was also sent for judgment. At the same time of showing His mercy and love (through any vessel) there also comes His judgment.
Stopping the one whom God sends in the middle of his speech with utter impudence is beyond civility. It is evil. 25 years later this shock I must still digest. But why would God bring it up again and keep on refreshing my memory at this an any other time? Think. It is strange, if I may ask.

It is like the new generation of Germans who say practically the same thing, as if the Germans of Hitler time did not know who the Jews were. For 500 years, since Luther, prejudice against the Jews was trumpeted and the German ear seemed to have enjoyed it because it fed well the supremacist sentiment. God has time, but we don't.
Seventy four years comes to a close since WW II (since 1939. Russian Communism lasted only 70 (- +) (since 1917 - 1989) years. Just as the captivity of Judah lasted 70 (- +) years so it is with all nations but in particular USA, Russia and Germany. And all this spins around the apple of God's eye.
[Zechariah 2:8] For thus says the LORD of hosts, “After glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you (Israel), touches the apple of His eye."
Today those next fools are Israel and Jew haters. Their cup runs full already. We have entered the period of God's severe judgments.
