One would have to first believe in the dogma of original sin. Jews do not believe in original sin, for Adam and Eve did not sin nor fell, but transgressed God's commandment. The result of transgression can be sin, but not always. There is repentance and amendment of ways. From zigzags one can step on the straight and narrow way. And just as Jesus told the adulterous woman to sin no more, (John 8:11) or the lame man at the Pool of Bethesda to sin no more lest something worse might happen to him (John 5:14) the same voice is for today. Jesus was not yet crucified nor resurrected, the price of atonement was not yet paid, so humans have the power to sin no more quite on their own.
Sin is the way of pain and it includes, abominations, wickedness, iniquity, immoralities and transgressions.
Martin Luther's Sermon "On the Day of the Conception of the Mother of God," 1527
"It is a sweet and pious belief that the infusion of Mary’s soul was effected without original sin; so that in the very infusion of her soul she was also purified from original sin and adorned with God’s gifts, receiving a pure soul infused by God; thus from the first moment she began to live she was free from all sin."
THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
As far as Mary's immaculate conception is concerned it is quite simple. How would you like to be yourself conceived of the Holy Spirit and immaculately brought forth? Would this idea attract you? So try to come out from your own skin and imagine that the same Spirit (God) who made physical Adam from dust would deposit into Mary the living embryo called Yeshua (salvation) Jesus. There was no longer any need to create new genetics for these have already existed when God made Adam and Eve, (the new genes that circulated through 1/3 of the earth's population, which was mixed with the old as well as the new); hence, we have the genealogy of Jesus in Luke 3:23-38. If there was never any genetic mixture and all people come from Adam than all genealogical Bible records leading back to Adam are futile. In addition, Cain's genealogical line gets lost, but Seth's line continues; hence, the biblical record traces something God is interested in, something that really matters to Him.
In His omniscient mind He knows all things. He even knew that Cain would have turned his back to Him and go his own way and thus Cain was given over to his own. Not all Kenites are evil, but those who give into evil like robbing, killing, raping feeding their vile souls with corruption. I know that it is not politically nice to say such things. But how can anyone explain anything in detail when one must be always nice and religiously/politically correct?

Out of these three, field, tares and seed only the seed belongs to God. The other 2/3's serve only as the earthly furnishings. And just as the chaff and the weeds (tares) will be burned up so will also the neutral field into which the seed was sown and from which the tares sprouted. Like the rocket boosters or propellers that exhaust themselves and fall; so it is with all earthly furnishings (Matthew 13:30). Now, ask yourself, to which do you belong? (Read more about it)
GOD'S MOTHER
God does not have a mother for how can Mary be the mother of God who has no beginning and no end? Which Jesus are we talking about the spiritual or the fleshly? If you talk about the Ben Adam (Son of Man, Hebrew: human being) the fleshly one, then you have an idol, not God. If you talk about His Spirit than you talk about the Holy Spirit even God Himself out of which no statue or picture can be made.
Mary was only the vessel God used for Jesus' genetic enclosure or shell (in Hebrew Klipah). And yes, Mary was pure and not born in some original sin an idea borrowed from Greek Mythology and adopted by Christianity. We must be cleansed from these things.
[Rhea Ancient Greek: Ῥέα) was the Titaness daughter of the sky god Uranus and the earth goddess Gaia, in Greek mythology. In early traditions, she was known as "the mother of gods" and was therefore strongly associated with Gaia and Cybele, who had similar functions. The classical Greeks saw her as the mother of the Olympian gods and goddesses, but not as an Olympian goddess in her own right. The Romans identified her with Magna Mater (their form of Cybele), and the Goddess Ops. Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhea_mythology]

Mary did conceive by the Holy Spirit. Her body was the genetic pool that can be traced all the way to Adam through Seth and not through Cain. The same God who created the spiritual Adam first (Gen. 1:26); and then out of the ground the second (physical Gen. 2:5-7) Adam; also used Mary's body for the birth of His firstborn Son, who always was in the bosom of the Father (John 1:18).
